1. Introduction
Welcome to AeThex. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our websites, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Services in any medium; (ii) using any automated system to access the Services; (iii) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Services.
4. Dev Exchange Transactions
Transactions conducted on the AeThex Dev Exchange are between the buyer and seller. AeThex provides an escrow service to facilitate these transactions but is not a party to any agreement between users. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the items sold.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AeThex, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
