Dylan Gladney

Dylan is a foundational member of AeThex and CEO of AeThex Corporation, the commercial arm of the Trinity. He originated the Animus-like identity system at the core of AeThex's vision, and works closely with Anderson Gladney to translate technical progress into strategic direction.

His focus is internal — keeping Foundation, Corporation, and Labs aligned around a shared vision, and spotting strategic opportunities across the product line, including how developer education creates both community impact and sustainable R&D value.
