Anderson Gladney

Anderson founded AeThex in 2017 and leads its technical direction end to end — architecture, infrastructure, product, and the AI systems (including KAEL) that run the organization day to day. He also leads the AeThex Foundation, the nonprofit arm focused on identity infrastructure and developer education.

Eleven years working natively on Roblox, eight consecutive years at RDC, and research experience at Meta and Google fed into projects like Lone Star Bar, The Neon Ranch, and Oakdale Arena — each a step toward the same thesis: the industry calls account linking "cross-platform." AeThex is building what comes after. Based in San Tan Valley, Arizona.
